Do you like reading? Do you want a space to talk and discuss the stories you read? Join us from 2pm to 3pm every second Tuesday of the month for our Tuesday Book Club!

Each month we will discuss a new book. Our next meeting will be held on January 14th, and we will be discussing “The Light Eaters” by Zoe Schlanger.

In this non-fiction book, we go on an immersive journey and make stunning new findings about green intelligence: plants communicate, remember, make decisions, move, defend themselves from attack, recognize family members, help others and more. They are essential to all life on earth and respect for their role is vital to our survival.

Future meetings will be:

February 11th: "Project Hail Mary" by Andy Weir

March 11th: "The Chelsea Girls" by Fiona Davis

April 8th: "The Measure" by Nikki Erlick

May 13th: "The Seven and 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle" by Stuart Turton

June 10th: "The Great River" by Boyce Upholt

July 8th: "Jaws" by Peter Benchley

Please note that you will need to obtain your own copy of the book for each month's discussion. Copies are available through the library consortium.

Registration is not required.
