Morris County library is introducing a new virtual program for adults called True Crime Chats. Join us on the second Thursday of each month to discuss different true crime cases via Zoom from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. During these discussions participants will have the chance to suggest future topics and share resources, such as podcasts, documentaries, books, articles, etc.

On Thursday, May 9th the group will be discussing the O.J. Simpson/Nicole Brown/Ronald Goldman case. The O.J. Simpson case remains one of the most infamous legal dramas in American history. O.J. Simpson, a former NFL star, was charged for the murder of his ex-wife, Nicole, and her friend, Ron. In light of O.J. Simpson's recent passing, the details of the case have been circulating the media again. The case continues to captivate and provoke discussions about justice, race, and celebrity influence.

Future topics and meeting dates include:

  • June 13: Lindbergh baby kidnapping
  • July 11: Jaycee Dugard kidnapping
  • August 8: the Michigan murders/John Norman Collins
  • September 12: Elizabeth Holmes/white collar crime

This program is completely virtual via Zoom. If you are interested in attending, please email: amizera@co.morris.nj.us to register. The Zoom link will be emailed to you shortly before the program start time. This program is intended for adults.
