On Tuesday, January 27th, from 7:00-8:00pm, in the back of our Readers Services area we invite you to join us for Music of the American Revolution.
Join Anne and Ridley Enslow for an entertaining evening of 18th-century songs about the struggle for American independence, including “liberty songs,” ballads, drinking songs, and dance tunes. As always, they will have their little dancing man, called a limberjack, who pleases audience members from 9 to 90! Come prepared to join in some entertaining toasts, too, and “raise a glass to freedom.” This program was created for the celebration of the U.S. Semiquincentennial.
No registration required; however, seating is first-come, first-seated.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the library either by phone at either (973) 285-6933 or (973) 285-6934, or by email at amizera@co.morris.nj.us
