Unlock the power of words and artistic expression at our Intro to Poetry Writing Workshop! Join us at the library on Wednesday, October 18th from 4:00pm to 6:00pm and learn to write your own poems. This program is for adults ages 18 and up.
During this program, we will discuss and lead patrons through the construction of basic poetry and go over basic poetic forms like metered verse, free verse and different formal practices. Participants will also have a chance to work on their own poems and share them with others.
Please note that while registration is not required for this program, seating is limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis.
