Do you have a loved one who suffers from a memory related illness? If so this event is for you! Join Occupational Therapy student, Jen Storms, at the Morris County Library and create a “memory box” for your loved one. Memory boxes are effective tools used to assist those with memory loss and helps to remind them of special memories.
Think of a memory you want to work with and bring any pictures or small mementos that go with it. If you don’t have any, just come with your memory and we’ll help you with the rest!
If you would like to bring your own box, it must be no larger than the size of a shoebox.
This program is open to all ages, children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required for this event.
