On Tuesday, March 31st, from 6:00-7:00pm the Morris County Park Commission will present Be Bear Aware. Black bears are an important part of our natural world, and all New Jersey residents should know how to react should they encounter one. The Park Commission will be showing an interactive multimedia presentation with touchable artifacts, and a simulation activity to help participants better understand and appreciate the history of black bears, as well as their adaptations, life cycle, diet, and needs. This presentation is suitable for children and adults ages 10 and up.
No registration is required, but seating will be limited.
