Surrogate Heather J. Darling, Esq will visit in the library's public meeting room to discuss Wills, Trusts and Estates. Some of the highlights of her discussion will include the role of the Surrogate, the importance of having a Will, naming an Executor, and what an Executor should know. The Surrogate will also talk about Trusts and Adult Guardianships. There will be time for questions.
A light lunch will be served after the presentation.
