Wednesday, December 10, 2025: Revelations of Divine love by Julian of Norwich

The Revelations of Divine Love by Julian of Norwich is a foundational work of Christian mysticism and the earliest surviving book on the English language known to be written by a woman. The book is a theological reflection on sixteen mystical visions (of 'showings') that Julian experienced in 1373 when she was gravel ill and believed to be near death. She later elaborated on these initial experiences in a longer text, dedication herself to contemplating their profound meaning.
